I'm glad these last few days have been somewhat busy for me. I could not imagine how bored I would be if I didn't leave the house at all.

Today I got ready then headed out to do some errands. Well I didn't exactly make it that far because I stopped over at a job site that my neighbor is working at just to ask him a question (which never got answered I just realized). Well I end up getting stuck there for 3 hours helping put up crown molding.... Not to happy about that. Plus I was not in work attire. I had on nice jeans and a nice sweatshirt and my North Face jacket. Then he tells me that I have to go condense the dumpster outside. So I tried to do the best I could without getting any of my stuff dirty. Then I had to go cut some copper piping downstairs (where there was other piping with asbestos b/c this house was built in the 1800s)...That was fun trying not to touch any of that. As long as I didn't touch it, I wasn't at any risk of inhaling any of the airborne particles.

After doing all of that for him, I finally left to go do the errands I was going to do 3 hours ago. I have been trying to find a pair of nice work boots but NO ONE SELLS THEM IN THE STORES!!!!! That really pisses me off because I want to try them on. I don't want to buy a certain size online and it turns out they are too big. Then I'm really screwed. So after that I went to the dealership and had the service guys look at a scratch that was on the inside of my car. I am still trying to figure out if it was there when I took possession of the vehicle in November or if it happened recently. Luckily it sounds like the warranty will cover the cost of the new part.

Tonight is the GMAC bowl and I wanted to have a party and such but that is just lame especially if I would be the only one really watching the game. Plus my parents house is not the best location to watch the game at. So I'll be watching it alone. These are the times I wish I had my own place...

Well off to do more bitch work for my neighbor...at least now I'm dressed right...

Well overall today just royally sucked...

I did end up leaving my house around 4 only because I was sick of being stuck at home. No one was around to do anything with. So I ended up just driving around for about an hour or so. At one point I made it to Partridge Creek Mall. Not to happy with that but whatever. It got me out and free of the house.

After I got home, I had dinner which wasn't the best. My dad made Salmon but it was pretty dry and didn't have the best flavor. So dinner sucked. Then I just watched TV the rest of the night...

I am sooooooo glad that this only happens a few times a year. Basically during every major holiday. Maybe it would help if I started going to the bars and meeting up with people. HAHAHAHAHA like that will ever happen. I am too cheap to go out and spend my money on booze.

Well tomorrow's another day. Hopefully it will be better and that I can start 2010 out right a day late.

2010 has finally arrived. I am still unsure of how exactly to say it. Do I say "Two Thousand Ten" or do I shorten it to "2010" in numbers. I kind of like the second one better.

I pretty much have nothing planned for today and it stinks. I HATE being stuck at home. I really want to go out but it's New Years Day and half the stores are closed anyway so it's pointless to go out. Plus I don't NEED anything from any stores but I just want to get out of the house.

Ok so I really don't understand some people. I try and say hi and then they just ignore me and don't say anything. I would at least like a simple "I don't want to talk now" if possible. When a person ignores me for over a week I feel like I did something wrong. Maybe it's just my perspective on life where if someone tries talking to me and I don't want to talk, I'll say "I don't want to talk now". Personally, I find those actions very very rude and not a nice way to treat a friend.

So overall my first day in 2010 has been crappy. I really hope it gets better, but I have a feeling it won't...

I know I never write in this anymore but for some reason I feel like I need to start up again. There has been a lot going through my mind lately and I just don't know how to process it all so hopefully writing it out will help.

Now that I have become single, I have had a lot more time to do stuff. This has it's positives and negatives. On the plus side, I can hang out with friends and not worry about being home at a certain time. I am also more free to come and go as I please. But here are the negatives. When I have nothing to do, I spend a lot of time just sitting around doing nothing. I will constantly check my phone to see if I missed anything (which I know is a bad habit to get into). Then I start thinking, and when I think it never really goes well. I usually end up thinking how lonely I am and then I wish I had someone special in my life just for that brief moment when I am thinking that stuff. Any other time I am cool being single, but those few times I do wish for someone who I can call/text just so time doesn't feel that boring.

I have been hanging out with a friend recently. She's pretty cool but I just don't know if anything will happen from it. I know that after we are done with our activity and I walk her to her car, she says she had a fun time. But how do I know that's the truth. I want to believe it is, but girls are tricky to figure out. I am moving real slow with this just so I don't get hurt again like I have in the past.

Tomorrow is New Years Eve and I have nothing planned right now and I have a feeling that's how it's going to be. My old manager at Bordine's sent me a message on Facebook today saying he was having a part but I don't know if I really want to go. Joe would be the only person I know that is there so I have a feeling I would feel awkward. I am not too good going to parties where I don't know anyone. Maybe that's b/c I never go to random parties.

Well that should do it for now. Hopefully I'll feel better in the morning but only time will tell

My truck somehow managed to fix itself. I have NO idea what it did but its fixed. I tried rooting around in the engine to find any loose hoses and was hoping and praying it was not the heater coil. Then my truck warmed up, and it started blowing out warm air!!!

I can not believe that truck. One day its on the brink of failure, the next its healthy........... Oh and it surely doesn't want to die b/c I have done stuff to it that should cause it to die and it keeps plugging away....

Ok so this sucks. I was coming home from Kelli's last night and I was driving along all nice and warm. Then I happened to hit a pot hole. Fucking pot holes. This one was a doozy. Well about 5-10 seconds after I hit it I LOOSE ALL HEAT IN MY TRUCK...... I try messing with the gauges. It doesn't work. When I got home I tried restarting the truck. Nothing. So I am hoping that after letting it sit overnight MAYBE it will be fixed. All I know is that this is not good. I need the heat to defrost the windows. And if I find out that something really is broke then oh well. Time to bring out the parka when its cold i guess.

On a lighter note, I had a great time over at Kelli's yesterday. We organized almost all of her DVD's. That was more fun for me then her but I am sure she feels a little better now that the DVD's are in cases. At least it will make it easier to find them if she wants to watch a particular one.

Today is a busy day. I have to work on my Java project that is due next week, try and fix my truck, go for a walk when it tries to warm up, dentist appointment at 3:30 to fill a cavity, then the Adams basketball games tonight. Dang, can my life get more hectic? Haha. At least after tonight the basketball games will be done for a little while.

That should do it for now. Off to start the project that I really don't want to do......

Spring Break 09

Here I be sitting in my room looking out at the nice blue sky during my spring break. But wait, its not SPRING. Shit its only 10 degrees outside right now. I hate the fact they call it Spring Break when its not even frickin warm out. Sure I could go somewhere warmer and then have it be considered spring, but if I don't feel like spending 90 bucks for a plane ticket then I am stuck here. Basically what all o this boils down to is that I am SOOOO ready for it to start warming up. I don't want to walk outside in the morning in a frickin parka just to get the paper. GRRRRRR

Well as for whats been up with me. Today is Kelli's and I's 8 month anniversary. Sure its not that special but still cool that we have been dating that long. It doesn't seem like it has been 8 months but it really has.

As for school work and school in general, things are still going well. All of my classes are going well and that makes me happy. I am hoping to do better this semester then last that way I can prove to myself and to my parents that I can do it. My Java class is getting harder and harder, just because the code is getting longer and longer. We had a project that I just turned in last week that gave me fits till 5 minutes before class. It didn't help that there was NO help in the book and the study session with the S/I instructor was canceled. But I got it done and was able to turn it in. We do have a project that is due next week when I come back from break. I guess I should start that soon.

Oh I finally gave blood the other day. I felt good doing that. To know that I saved 3 lives really does mean something. And in 4-8 weeks I will be getting my donor card so that will tell me what blood type I am. I am kind of excited to see what I am.

I don't really have anything planned for this week. Just taking it easy. I have a dentist appointment on Tuesday to fill a spot on one of my teeth. That should be a boat load of fun. Then after that is the Rochester Adams/Rochester game at Adams. Hopefully we win. And that is about it as far as I know.

Well that should do it for now. Off to get some things done then going out shopping for some new t-shirts with Kelli :)

Yuppers, it is now officially 2009 and its already started off great. I kissed my g/f at the stroke of midnight, got home safe, and went for a walk once I woke up. I just hope it stays this good.

So far 2009 has been really busy for me. Yesterday I went for a walk, then showered, then went over to Kelli's house for a little while. We then headed up to her Uncle's place in Oxford to watch the Michigan State Game. That was a lot of fun. After that I came home, fell asleep for a little while, then had dinner. After dinner I basically loafed around till bedtime.

Today so far has been uneventful. I woke up and went for a walk. I really didn't want to go but I knew it would be good for me to do so. And by george, it was good. I felt really good once I came home and took a shower. Now I am just really tired. Haha

Tonight Kelli and I are going up to MSU to watch the Spartans tackle the Alaskan ________ in hockey. Her uncle is also playing in the MSU Alumni Band so that should be really cool. Another late night, but what the heck, it will still be fun.

I do believe that my weekend is pretty much open. I don't think there is much going on. Tomorrow I want to walk again and just kind of chill around here.

Oh, this is pretty big news. My truck is about 20 miles away from hitting 125,000. Damn. I should celebrate and go get it washed or something. Haha, although it is supposed to snow on Sunday. Hmmmmmmm, maybe that won't work. Either way, its a huge number to reach when talking about mileage.

That should do it for now. Time to take a quick nap then head off to MSU for the evening!

Christmas Day!

So that time of the year has come. Its Christmas Day. The day when baby Jesus was born. Well I have come to realize that as the years progress, I seem to be less and less excited for this day to come. When I was young, I would wake up at the crack of dawn, wait a minute...... I STILL DO. Anyway, I wake up at the crack of dawn, and am really excited to open gifts. This year, it just seems like it crept up on me and I am not ready for it yet. It shall still be a good day because I get to spend it with my family and try to make up for the last 2 Christmas's where I was gone up at Central practicing with the band.

Not much has happened since I posted last. School finished and I got all B-'s in my classes. Some of them I was hoping for a bit higher but at least its not any worse. As for work well that ended this past Tuesday. It was awesome to be able to work this holiday season because I learned a lot about being a sales person and I made over 300 dollars in tips. YES!!!!!!!!! I was just glad that Bordine's was able to keep me on through the fall and let me work this winter. I shall be re-joining Bordine's in March as a purple person so that shall be more fun and I can't wait to start up again.

As for this snow we are getting. IT SUCKS. I liked it at first, now its just plain annoying. Whats worse is that its just the beginning of Winter. BAH HUMBUG!!!!

I guess that's it for now. Who knows when I will update next. I guess it will be a surprise. Haha.

Busy week.....

Ok so it has been a week and SOOOOOOOOOOO much has happened. Lets start with last weekend.

Saturday morning I went over to Parisian to get a really nice sweater. Well as I was over there my dad called me and told me that my grandpa passed away. So that wasn't a nice start to my day, but we all knew it was going to happen eventually. So after that I went to work and ended up leaving early and came home to relax.

Sunday I don't really remember much that happened. I think I just stayed at home and tried to take care of some homework. I may have hung out with Kelli.

Monday was class as usual. It was boring but we did learn more about Dreamweaver.

Tuesday I had classes then came home and attempted to do some more homework.

Wednesday I went to work and helped stock the tree lot. That was fun. I smelled like Fir trees!!! I then came home, took a very needed shower and relaxed.

Thursday I went to my first class then went over to Kelli's to hang out. After that I came home and worked on some homework b/c I knew that none was going to get accomplished over the weekend.

Friday(yesterday) I went to class, came home and relaxed while my parents and bro did some shopping. Then in the evening I started going through some pictures of Papa for the funeral. There are so many of him being happy and what not. I did however find the point were the last pictures were taken of him before the aneurysm. So that was kind of sad.

Today I went to work and did more work out on the tree lot tagging trees and getting them out on the lot to sell. Speaking of selling I sold 4 trees today!!!!!!!!!!! I am so proud. I just made myself personable and customers bought trees! I also worked on painting the float for the Rochester Christmas Parade in a few weeks. After work I went over to Kelli's Uncle's house in Oxford to watch the MSU game. Stinky game but at least I finally got to meet her cousin. So that was cool. After the game I took off and came home where i promptly took a shower, and put on some relaxing clothes and music.

Tomorrow I will be heading over to AA to be with my mom's family. That will be nice to see some of them. Most of them are coming in on Monday so I will just see them during the funeral and reception and dinner.

Recap of this weekend

Not much really happened this weekend which in a way was nice but at the same time I wish there was more going on.

Friday after class I went over and spent some time at Kelli's place. We got dinner and watched History of The World Part 1. Funniest movie I have seen in a very long time.

Saturday I worked all day. It was the start of our Christmas Open House. Holy crap we were swamped. I could not believe the numbers of people that were coming in. And what was great was that it looked like they had not eaten in years b/c we had 2 trays of cookies out and those had to get re-filled about every hour. Haha. So I was busy all day helping customers, getting carts from the lot, and helping more customers. Most of them did not want anything to do with me, but I still needed to put on a happy face and say hi. Then around 2 a guy calls in and orders 165 PIECES OF SOD. His total bill came to around $850. The reason he needed so many pieces? His wife told him that the lawn needed to be sodded before winter. Haha. After work I came home, took a shower, and considered doing homework but that didn't happen because we (my parents, bro, aunt and uncle, and dad's parents) all went to Sagebrush for dinner. AWESOME dinner. Then I came home and went to bed.

Today was another lazy Sunday. I did however get my ass out of the house and Kelli and I went to see Madagascar 2. Oh man, that movie was almost, if not, better then the first. I really enjoyed it. Oh I should have added that I tried to do homework this morning but it didn't work out so well. Anyway, after the movie Kelli and I hung out at her house for a little while then I cam home to help with dinner. Once again, no homework has been accomplished. Luckily I got tomorrow morning to do it if I feel like it.

Sick of this economy......

I am so insanely sick of the economy right now. Yes I still have a job, thankfully, but I really do feel bad for the people that don't. Michigan right now is the leader in unemployed people. That is a really sucky status to have.

Today was my dad's last day at work. There are talks that he MIGHT be looking out of state for a new one. I don't even know what to think about that. So many thoughts race through my head when I think that we MAY have to move. I really do not want to have to move out of state b/c then I would loose all my friends here but it is a possibility in today's world.

I was just reading on clickondetroit.com that GM is going to be cutting almost 4,000 jobs at the beginning of 2009. That really stinks. If we could only find a way to fix our auto industry, I believe that things would turn around for the big 3. Although by the time that hopefully happened it may be big 2 or just big.

I know this is a depressing post but I am just so full of hate right now towards the economy. I am just soooooo thankful that Bordine's has let me keep my job and is also letting me get more hours. So thankful.

In other news, it gets dark at like 5:30 now. That's too early. It makes me feel like its supposed to be 9 or 9:30. Haha. Oh well.

Alright well thats all for now. I really should go and get some stuff done and try to take my mind off of things.

These past few days have been some of the worst for me. The stress is just killing my insides.

Sunday night we had a HUGE thunderstorm that rocked the house with a big clasp of thunder. Well that wasn't what started pissing me off. I somehow developed this stupid virus thing that pops up like 3 times an hour and is very very very annoying. Well I herd that all throughout the night.

Yesterday I went to class and when I came home I started trying to fix my computer. Well I tried removal application after application and all of them did not seem to fix the problem. I had one scan of my computer that took 4 hours. Well if I was a smart IT geek I would have known to run that scan in Safe Mode. Well I did that after the fact and the same scan took 45 minutes. Haha. Oh well. So after I did all of those I still ended up with the same problem. So since them I have been muting my computer b/c I just don't know how to fix it. I really wish it would just go away by itself.

Today is election day! Haha, yea so this was the first election I was able to vote in so that was cool. 4 years ago when Bush was re-elected into office I was still under 18 so I felt special that I got to get my vote out there and vote on one of the most historical presidential elections in this nations history.

So on top of my computer not working right, my dad loosing his job on Friday, my grandpa not getting much better, its not making my life any less stressful.

Lets just hope that things will calm down in the next few days......

Stressful Times

I feel as though I really need to get back into this right now. So many things are stressing me out its not even funny. So I'll do a list and that should help.

1) My grandfather is really sick right now and is close to dying. In a way this was expected at some point but we (being my family and my mom's siblings) were not expecting it so soon. He developed pneumonia about a week ago and has yet to recover from it. The doctors said that most likely he would not. Papa (that's what I call him) is very dehydrated now and is not eating much which means his organs will start to shut down soon. Its going to be sad to see him gone, but I know that he will be in a place where he is not suffering anymore and can carry on a nice, happy, after-life.

2) My dad just told me today that he is loosing his job on Friday. He thought that something was up when he saw Accounting consultants getting let go earlier last week. Then just yesterday he was called into his manager's office and she told him that his last day would be Friday. She was so sad to have to tell him that b/c she knew that he was a great employee but he was only a consultant and George P. Johnson HAS to get rid of all their contract employee's. Plus they have a hiring freeze on hiring any new full time employee's. My dad was really hoping that he would get a full time position there but it just didn't work out. Now he has to get his resume out there and who knows what will happen. Hopefully we would not move but in this economy and the fact that Michigan SUCKS ass when he comes to getting jobs, I guess that is always a possibility. I just have to try and not think about that one.

3) Lastly right now is school. Just recently I have been giving multiple different projects that all have to be done within 2 weeks. That sucks because I don't really have the time to get everything done. Oh well. I'll somehow find a way.

In other news, I'm still at Bordine's and am really looking forward to this holiday season. I am working this one event in a few weeks that should be a blast. I get to dress up, look sexy and mingle with people. Well mostly ladies but whatever. And they will be old. Damn, this may not be that fun after all. Haha. But I am looking forward to selling some Christmas trees. That should be lots of fun. Plus I may even have to go on deliveries and set up the tree for a customer if they can't get it home. I did suggest to Corey Bordine that we should throw in free AC adapters for the cars and sell the already pre-lit trees so the customer could just plug it in while going home. He laughed. Then said no. Damn.

Alright well that should do it for now. Wow I feel so much better after getting all this out. Maybe I should do this more often.

Ok, so I know I neglected this website for a very long time. So lets just start from scratch instead of me trying to say everything that has happened since I last posted almost 2 months ago.

Today I leave for Wyoming to visit my good friend Steve. It should be awesome. I am really looking forward to seeing the wildlife and being outdoors. My flight leaves here at 12:21 this afternoon and I arrive in Denver at 1:22. Remember there is a 2 HOUR TIME DIFFERENCE when I go out there.

That's pretty much it for now. I shall be updating this here website hopefully every day telling whoever reads this what all I did during the day and whatnot.

So yeah, once again it takes me forever to write in this. Its not like many people read it anyway.

This is what has been happening since I last updated.

1) I started working at Bordine's and LOVE IT. I enjoy running around the lot outside. Going from one end to the other to answer questions and so on.

2) I went up to CMU to grab the last of my stuff from the apartment. Hopefully they will survive without a microwave. Its mine, I am not selling it to them.

3) I hung out with Kate on the way home from CMU. That was fun. I have not seen her since sophomore year. Yeah its been that long. She is still the same girl I knew from before which is awesome. I hope we will be able to hang out more this summer.

4) I bought myself a GPS system. Its pretty cool and I got it for a great price. Retail: 399.99 My price: 150.00. I mostly got it for working at Bordine's because being a driver, I need to know where I am going. I don't want to get lost basically is what it boils down to.

5)I got called in for jury duty. I was thinking that I would just go in there, they would dismiss me for some odd reason and I would go back to work. NOPE. I went in, got questioned by the judge and was placed on the jury for a particular case. So I had to call Bordine's and tell them that until this trial is done, I will not be able to work. Yes they were disappointed but there is no way in Hell they can fire me. If they did, I could go to court with them!

6) I am still in jury duty. It sucks. I hate sitting in a chair all day. Not fun. The case is supposed to be done on Wednesday but that is not 100% set in stone.

7) I did however work for Bordine's yesterday afternoon. The judge gave us the afternoon off so I worked till about 4:30 or so. That was cool. I am working tomorrow (Sunday) and Monday as well.

8) I got a good sunburn yesterday at work because I forgot to put sunscreen on. Oh well, it should (hoping will) tan fast.

9) I am hoping to run at Adams today. Maybe I will even run up and down the bleachers there too. I need to get in shape before my trip in 2 months.

10) I believe that is it.

Haha, so yeah basically a lot has happened since I last updated. Okie Dokie I am done for now.
